Weakness
Gautam Buddha Community Heart Hospital has some weaknesses like the hospital is expanding the facilities day by day but the around space for patients is limited and some of the outer space for parking, waiting, etc. is not appropriate.

Overall the hospital is very good and provides advanced technology over Butwal. A few years ago patient went to Kathmandu and India to check up for a heart problem. But after providing the facilities from Butwal all the people of these areas are happy. But Gautam Buddha Community Heart Hospital should focus on some things like transportation facilities should be expanded on the remote areas also, and need to manage the space around the hospital.
