Hatha Yoga

Introduction  


Indians are claiming yoga as their own. But this claim does not match when studying the scriptures related to yoga. There is no explanation of yoga posture in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. Only meditation like Padmasana, Siddhasana or Sukhasana is discussed. There is no mention of the current yogasanas. The reference to the breathing action mentioned in the Yoga Sutras is not yoga asana, but pranayama.


The current practice of yoga is not very old. Books like Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gherand Samhita, Shiva Samhita mentioned in the yogasanas were written only two to three hundred years ago. The oldest yogasana idol found in Mahabali Puram, India is only 15-16 hundred years old. However, such paintings in Egypt are more than four thousand years old, it is called Smai Tawi. Therefore, even though subjects like meditation and pranayama seem to have developed in India, yoga seems to have entered India from Africa.


Hatha Yoga (SMART)


Although yoga exercises are basically the same, different yoga teachers have developed different styles. Such as configuration, Iyengar, Hatayoga 9jyat thanab0 etc. Another style of Hatha Yoga developed in this process is Ksbtthyanab.


S = Systematic / Stretching


After learning and understanding the six basic asanas in Hatha Yoga of this yoga system, one can learn and understand hundreds of asanas. Because it has a scientific formula - A.D.B.M.P.A. . Remember Dr. Yogi Vikashananda developed this system in 1995 while living in the United States. In this yoga system, all the limbs are stretched from the toes. And, immediately after the asana, every limb is relaxed, as a result not only physical but also mental stress is removed.


M = Mindful / Meditative


Since yoga is practiced carefully in this yoga system, the benefits of exercise as well as meditation can be taken from it.


A = Amusing / Attractive


This system is also entertaining as comedy exercises are added after each asana. And, since the body is fully stretched for 1-3 minutes in each asana, the body looks very flexible and attractive.


R = Respirative


In this system, yoga is practiced with special emphasis on breathing, and some of the benefits of yoga practice as well as pranayama are easily obtained from it.


T = Transformative


Needless to say, since meditation and pranayama are also combined in the asana, the results can be seen quickly physically and mentally from its practice. It also includes separate pranayama, kriya, bandha, mudra and

Since yoga includes sleep, it can also be a means of self-transformation.
